The Dartford crossing puts most of Essex within an hour of our Kent base, and we've been working the county for so long that there's a generation of facilities managers and asset managers who use us instinctively.

The Essex commercial-property stock skews heavily toward the 1970s/80s industrial unit — single-skin or twin-skin profiled metal, often with asbestos rooflights and ageing cement-fibre details. The next 10 years will see a huge amount of re-roofing work on that stock as the original sheets reach end-of-life. We're already busy with it.
