Who we are

New-Cladd Ltd is a commercial roofing contractor registered in England and Wales. Our registered office and contact details are at the foot of this notice.

What information we collect

When you use our website's quote form or send us an email, we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number and/or email address
• Your company / farm name (where provided)
• The site postcode for the project
• Any information you provide about the project

The quote form is delivered via a third-party form-handling service (Formspree). Their privacy notice applies in addition to ours; you can read it at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry — arrange a site survey, prepare a written quotation, and deliver any roofing services you go on to commission from us. We rely on Article 6(1)(b) (performance of a contract / pre-contract steps) and Article 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries) of the UK GDPR as our lawful basis.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data, ever. We don't add you to any marketing lists. We don't share your details with any third party other than:

• Our form-handling provider (Formspree) which routes the enquiry email to us;
• Sub-contractors or material suppliers directly involved in your project, where doing so is necessary to deliver the work; and
• Any party we are legally required to share it with (e.g. HMRC, regulatory bodies).

How long we keep it

If you don't go on to commission any work, we keep your enquiry information for up to 24 months and then delete it. If you become a client, we keep records of the work, related correspondence and any warranty information for up to 12 years (the legal limitation period for construction works in England under contracts executed as deeds).

Your rights

You have the right to ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct any errors, delete it (where we have no overriding legal obligation to retain it), or restrict our use of it. To exercise any of these rights, email newcladd@yahoo.com.

You can also lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. Should we add Google Analytics or similar in future, this notice will be updated and a cookie banner displayed.
